If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our promotions, the Administrator will contact you via the phone number and/or email address you provided on your order or mail-in entry form.
You will never be asked to provide a credit card, bank information, or payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award.
We do not use social media to contact winners of the promotions we offer on Meta or YouTube.

Prize winnings must be reported to the IRS when filing your tax returns. Winners are solely responsible for paying any federal or state income taxes associated with their prizes.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Limited to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
This Sweepstakes shall be construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States and is subject to all applicable federal laws and regulations. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.
Winning the Grand Prize (defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

II. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Win This Pro Drive TD-Edition Mud Boat and $5,000 Cash Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on October 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 19, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

III. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia, who are:

  • 18 years or older as of entry date

  • 19 years or older if residing in Alabama or Nebraska

  • 21 years or older if residing in Mississippi

The following individuals are not eligible:

  • Officers, members, directors, representatives, or employees of the Sponsor or any of its parent, affiliated, or subsidiary companies

  • Dealers, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, retailers, advertising, promotion, or judging agencies

  • Employees of Compliance Sweepstakes Services, LLC (“Administrator”)

  • Immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, children, siblings, etc., including step and in-law relations) or those living in the same household

Participation constitutes full agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

IV. HOW TO ENTER

Participants (“you”) may enter using one of the following methods:

1. Merchandise Purchase Entry

Purchase Sponsor’s branded apparel or hunting gear at https://www.vanatorwaterfowl.com to receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 spent during the Promotion Period.

  • Orders must include full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth.

  • Purchases must be completed and paid during the Promotion Period.

  • Canceled or refunded orders will void all associated entries.

  • Entries are based on the final order confirmation date.

2. Bonus Shopping Periods

Throughout the Promotion Period, Sponsor may announce Bonus Entry Multipliers (10X–100X) on the Website.
During these times, each $1.00 spent will earn the advertised multiple of entries.

Canceled or refunded orders before the drawing will result in disqualification of related entries.

Mobile Entry Note

If entering via mobile device, standard carrier data and text rates may apply. Mobile participation is not required and may not be available on all devices or carriers.

Fraud Notice: Purchasing items with intent to return them after the Promotion to gain entries is prohibited.
Any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and a permanent ban from future promotions.

3. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

Enter without a purchase by hand-printing your:

  • Full name

  • Mailing address

  • Phone number

  • Email (if available)

  • Date of birth

on a 3”x5” or 4”x6” card in blue or black ink, and mail it in a hand-printed, stamped #10 business envelope to:

Each properly submitted envelope equals twenty (20) entries.
Limit 35,000 total entries per household, regardless of entry method.

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 19, 2026 and received by January 23, 2026.
Typed or bulk submissions are not accepted.

V. DRAWING, NOTIFICATION & ODDS

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected on or about January 23, 2026 by the Administrator.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by phone or email and must respond within two (2) days or risk disqualification.

VI. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Pre-owned 2023 18’ Pro Drive TD-Edition Mud Boat – ARV $12,000

  • 40EFI Motor – ARV $10,000

  • Diamond City Aluminum Trailer – ARV $3,000

  • $5,000 Cash (issued via check)

Total Prize Value: $30,000 USD

Prize components are awarded “as is” without warranty. No substitutions or transfers permitted.

VII. PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, and fees.
Winner must provide valid ID and may be required to participate in a photo or video award presentation.
If towing or delivery is required, the winner must pay any associated transport costs.
Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city, state, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation (where permitted by law).

VIII. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

  • Winners must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 5 days of notification.

  • Winners of prizes over $600 will receive an IRS Form 1099.

  • Failure to return documents or provide valid information may result in disqualification.

IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes due to natural disasters, technical failures, fraud, or any other force majeure events.
Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, delayed, or corrupted entries or communications.
Any attempt to tamper with or damage the operation of the Sweepstakes will result in legal action.

X. PRIVACY

Personal information collected is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Data is used only for Sweepstakes administration, prize fulfillment, and optional marketing communications.
You may opt out of promotional emails anytime without affecting eligibility.

XI. RELEASE

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and related entities from any and all claims, injuries, or losses arising from participation or prize use.

XII. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
All disputes shall be resolved individually in the appropriate Missouri courts, without class action.

XIII. ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in the Brighton, Missouri area.
The parties agree to share arbitration costs equally.

XIV. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner’s name and state will be announced on https://www.vanatorwaterfowl.com and official social media pages on or about January 26, 2026, after verification.

Requests for a winner’s list or official rules must be mailed (self-addressed, stamped envelope) to:
